A great game can turn an ordinary evening into an expedition, a battlefield, or a block-built world waiting to be reshaped. Xbox Game Pass leans into that sense of possibility, offering a library of more than 400 games and, with eligible plans, access to select new releases on day one. For players who like keeping their next adventure close at hand, the Xbox Game Pass library puts a remarkably broad lineup within reach, while Xbox games showcase the variety on offer.

Day one is where the excitement begins

There is a particular thrill in starting a game as soon as it arrives, before the conversation has settled and the discoveries are still fresh. The advertised lineup points to Gears of War E-Day and Minecraft Dungeons II as upcoming day-one releases, giving subscribers new worlds to anticipate. Players can explore the Gears of War series and the official Minecraft Dungeons page while keeping in mind that release timing and availability can change.

One library, plenty of ways to play

Game Pass is built around choice: a sprawling library can make room for familiar favorites, unexpected discoveries, and a quick change of pace when one genre has had its moment. That breadth is the draw of 400-plus games, while the promise of new releases on day one adds a reason to check back. The current selection and plan details are listed on the official Game Pass page, and the Xbox cloud gaming page outlines another way eligible players may access games, depending on plan, region, and device.

Know what comes with the pass

Day-one access applies to select games and requires Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass; Call of Duty titles are excluded from the stated offer. The catalog, benefits, and availability may vary over time by region, plan, game, and device, and some titles shown are coming soon rather than available now. Before subscribing, check the latest Xbox Game Pass terms and plan information alongside the Xbox Support site for current details.
