Welcome to Episode 1 of ShadowRealm Builds: O’Leaff Edition!
Today we begin construction on the Onsen-style Outdoor Hot Springs, a peaceful sanctuary inspired by the Land of O’Leaff from my upcoming fantasy novel, Land of the ShadowRealm.
Join Simon Shadow as he steps through the veil into O’Leaff and takes on three quests to begin building this world in Minecraft Java Edition (Experimental Rebalancing: Traders ON) — no shaders, no texture packs, just pure survival.

Quest 001 — Cherry Tree Sapling Cherry blossoms in O’Leaff carry traces of ShadowRealm healing magic. Simon must find a sapling to begin the restoration pool.
Quest 002 — Finding the Build Site We explore the land and select the best location for the Onsen Hot Springs, where Simon and his future companions will rest and restore mana.
Quest 003 — Building a Farm To convince future companions to join the journey, Simon begins building a sustainable food supply: sugarcane, vegetables, and early resources.
This is Part 1 of the Hot Springs build — a blend of survival gameplay, fantasy lore, and immersive storytelling.
