In the wake of her sister Anna’s traumatic abduction at the hands of Mother Lucia and her twisted cult, Caroline Walker finds herself trapped deep within the walls of a maze-like convent. With the darkness closing in, Caroline is unexpectedly reacquainted with her old friend, the pneumatic nailer, and so begins a desperate struggle to escape the unholy place.

But once free of the convent, the true horror of the secluded Villa Hess reveals itself and Caroline must again call upon her supernatural abilities to travel to the town’s mysterious ‘Other side’ and face the formidable creatures that await within.
