PHONY Makes Gossip Part of the Mystery

The phrase “best tea” promises more than a passing joke: it hints at a world where rumors, secrets, and sharp observations can move just as quickly as students between classes. Connie Britton and Sam Nivola Bring the Hook

Britton’s presence gives the premise an appealing spark, while Nivola adds another point of interest for viewers curious about the story’s younger perspective. A Little Tea Goes a Long Way

Short-form promos work best when they leave room for curiosity, and “Teachers have the best tea” does exactly that. It offers a witty glimpse of PHONY’s tone without spelling out every secret, inviting viewers to tune in and discover what the school’s adults might be hiding—or simply overhearing. The series is available to stream on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, making this classroom-adjacent gossip an easy invitation to press play.
