Street Fighter 6 Season 3 is almost here, will it live up to expectations?

So Street Fighter 6 Season 3, long awaited, long anticipated, finally almost around the corner launching next week. We have lots of hope for sf6 s3, from balance changes, mechanics changes, buffs and nerfs and all the usual but we know very little right now despite it being around the corner. Lets talk about what we know for sure, what might not be happening, and some plain old balance talk!
