WWF ERAS: THE NEW GENERATION 1993-1997 (2025) Nintendo 64

This is a fan-made mod series built on the "WrestleMania X-64" (GM Spectre) and "Prime Time Wrestling" (Wallywood) game engine for the Nintendo 64. The game features a fully custom roster, organized by era, feuds, and debut timelines.

A lot of hours have been put into organizing custom rosters, tag teams, personas, and feuds. The focus was to give the most faithful era-based wrestling experience possible in an AKI-style game, built off of the free shared framework we all have access to.

The Hogan Era is over. The muscle-bound giants are fading. What rises in its place is faster, rawer, more personal, and it’s all here in WWF Eras: The New Generation, the second game in the series.

Rather than a traditional front-loaded roster dump, this game is built around a pod-based system. Each pod is headlined by a major WWF superstar of the time, and surrounded by their greatest rivals, allies, and storyline-specific matchups, giving you a fully immersive timeline from WrestleMania IX to the dawn of the Attitude Era.

This is the era of Bret Hart, The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Diesel, Razor Ramon with new blood rising from every corner. Each pod tells a story. Each rivalry can be played. Every feud you remember (and some you forgot) is in your hands.

About WWF ERAS: The New Generation

Unlike a typical front-loaded roster dump, The New Generation is thoughtfully built around a Pod System where each pod is centered on a featured superstar from the era. These pods are timeline-accurate and organized by key rivalries, storylines, and affiliations that defined WWF from 1993–1997.

From Bret Hart’s legendary battles with Owen Hart and Jerry Lawler, to Razor Ramon’s Intercontinental title wars, to Shawn Michaels’ rise to the boyhood dream, this game lets you relive the entire arc of the New Generation through carefully curated rivalries and character matchups.

Each pod feels like its own chapter in WWF history, making this more than just a game… it’s an actual playable timeline.
