Total Chaos is available now on PC, PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass. Total Chaos’s New Game+ mode arrives on March 2, 2026.

New Game+ unlocks after completing the game and reimagines the first seven chapters of Total Chaos with more aggressive enemies, brutally scarce resources, and constant pressure. The nightmare culminates in an entirely new final chapter: Chapter 8 – Reckoning.
