There are concerns about the Marvel Tokon Roster Size

So ahead of the Sony State of Play announcement we have learned that the Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls roster size will be that of 20 characters at launch. There are many who have some concerns about this as they feel it may be too low. Is that concern valid?
