A New Treasure Hunt Takes Shape
Fortnite is setting sail with a crossover lineup built to grab attention: the Straw Hats from One Piece and A$AP Rocky are among the names joining the game’s Treasure Hunters season. It’s an intriguing blend of anime adventure, music-star style, and the ever-expanding world of Epic Games’ hit battle royale.
The Straw Hats Bring Adventure to the Island
The arrival of the Straw Hats gives the season an unmistakable spirit of high-seas discovery. One Piece has built its appeal around an eccentric crew, enormous ambitions, and a world where every new horizon promises another story; those qualities feel right at home in Fortnite, where each season can turn the island into a fresh stage for unexpected encounters. For longtime fans, seeing the crew’s name attached to the event is an invitation to imagine how the anime’s adventurous energy might meet the game’s playful chaos. The series’ official home at Toei Animation offers a reminder of just how far the Straw Hats’ voyage has traveled.

A$AP Rocky Adds a Different Kind of Swagger
A$AP Rocky brings a very different kind of star power to the Treasure Hunters lineup, adding a music-and-fashion edge alongside the Straw Hats’ swashbuckling identity. That contrast is part of the appeal: Fortnite thrives on collisions between pop-culture worlds that might seem unlikely on paper but become natural conversation starters once they share the same game. Rocky’s presence also connects the season to a wider music audience, with Rolling Stone and Billboard tracking the culture surrounding artists who shape more than just the charts.
Fortnite’s Crossover Playbook Keeps Expanding
The Treasure Hunters season points to the enduring strength of Fortnite’s collaborations: recognizable names can turn a seasonal update into an event that reaches across fandoms. Pairing One Piece with A$AP Rocky makes the lineup feel deliberately wide-ranging, inviting players to follow the announcement for different reasons and then meet in the same virtual space. The details of how each addition appears in-game are not spelled out in the title, but the combination alone sets up a lively season for fans of anime, music, and Fortnite.
