Fighting Games Aren’t Worth 60 Bucks

As fighting game fans, we’ve all probably dropped an obscene amount of money on this genre. Unless you ignore the game for the first few years, you’re buying the base game for 60, or these days 70, and then continue to chip in another 20 or so with each season. It’s normal for not, but uh, not really anyone else. It’s rare to find games that are essentially live service, and demand this much while providing so little. In this video, we want to make a case for fighting games not doing nearly enough to earn your money, and why it harms the genre as a whole.
