Bad Day At The Office Exclusive Trailer (2026) John Hannah, Radha Mitchell
When Karl (John Hannah) awakes in a wrecked hotel room with a splitting headache, it isn’t because he’s nursing a nasty hangover. Karl has no memory of what’s happened, where he is, or even who he is.
When he discovers a dead body in his bathtub, and two police officers soon knocking at his door, it sets into motion a terrifying and explosive series of events that force Karl and hotel maid Molly (Radha Mitchell) on a blind descent into a deceptive world of confusion and conspiracy, all the while with a price on his head and half the city in murderous pursuit.
Karl will need to draw on his forgotten skill sets if he has any hope of survival, as he and Molly endeavour to unravel the mystery that took his memories.
Shot entirely in first person, Bad Day At The Office combines a high-octane action thriller with that of an adrenaline-fueled video game. With the action all seen through the eyes of the protagonists via GoPro cameras; every punch, every chase, every explosion is seen and felt. For fans of Hardcore Henry, blended with Crank, Call of Duty, and sprinkling of Guy Ritchie's Snatch, this is John Hannah (The Mummy) as you've never seen him.
Bad Day at the Office also stars Radha Mitchell (Pitch Black), Tamer Hassan (The Football Factory) and Lana Parrilla (Once Upon a Time) as well as Tim Fellingham (Final Destination 5), Roxanne McKee (Game of Thrones), Branko Tomović (24: Live Another Day) and Victor Gardener (Fast and Furious 6).
Director Chee Keong Cheung has created a wild and relentless POV thriller that puts the audience squarely inside the chaos. You are not watching the main character. You are the main character.
In the ever-evolving landscape of workplace drama, few trailers manage to distill the tension of a single day into a compact, cinematic moment. The exclusive trailer for Bad Day at the Office arrives with a measured confidence, signaling a film that marries sharp wit with grounded realism. Featuring John Hannah and Radha Mitchell, this 2026 project invites audiences to witness the quiet, escalating stakes that unfold when ordinary routines collide with extraordinary pressure.
From the opening frame, the film establishes a claustrophobic atmosphere: fluorescent lighting, recycled office hum, and the ticking clock that refuses to forgive. These elements are not background noise; they are the pulse of a narrative that treats a routine workday as a pressure chamber. The performances ground the story in human detail. John Hannah brings a restrained intensity, suggesting a character who navigates policy, perception, and personal consequence with measured precision. Radha Mitchell counters with a presence that is both empathetic and incisive, giving depth to a role that must reconcile professional duty with moral ambiguity.
Visually, the trailer leans into a documentary feel—clean lines, practical effects, and a color palette that emphasizes steel blues and graphite grays. This choice underlines the film’s thematic focus: the friction between surfaces and the fragility of control. The pacing is deliberate, allowing viewers to sense the weight of decisions being weighed in real time. When the soundtrack swells, it does so with restraint, ensuring that every beat lands with an earned resonance rather than a manufactured shout.
Narratively, Bad Day at the Office promises a structure built on verisimilitude. The office setting isn’t merely a backdrop; it’s a character with its own rules, hierarchies, and consequences. The trailer hints at a story driven by consequence management—risk assessment, ethical boundaries, and the human cost of choices made under pressure. For audiences who relish gray-area storytelling, the film appears poised to deliver a narrative backbone that favors nuance over neat resolutions.
In terms of craft, the collaboration between the cast and crew suggests a film that prioritizes character-driven tension alongside procedural detail. The trailer’s dialogue hints at sharp, businesslike exchanges that reveal character through what is said—and what remains unsaid. This approach promises a experience where the drama is derived from professional stakes rather than melodrama, offering a compelling proposition for story-savvy viewers.
As an early look, the Bad Day at the Office trailer sets expectations for a film that respects its audience: a story that respects the intelligence of its viewers by presenting complicated moral landscapes and a performance-driven core. For fans of contemporary thrillers and grounded drama, this 2026 release holds the potential to become a standout examination of what happens when a single day exposes the limits of control—and the resilience required to endure it.
