Street Fighter 6 desperately needs to shake things up

After the latest Balance Patch for Street Fighter 6, which while better than nothing didn’t do much to shake up the game has left people thinking about the fact that a lot of SF6 content for a very long time is just about "better than nothing". The game has been mostly set in place for a very long time without any evolution at all, and evolution of gameplay is a Street Fighter series hallmark. Even the Japanese playerbase which famously is nowhere near as vocal as the folks of North America and Europe is starting to get fed up with the state of SF6 and the fact nothing much at all is happening. Lets talk about it!
