In this guide I will show you how I was able to win a game of Balatro focusing on straights and diamond suite. Feel free to use the seed code at the end of the video and try and replicate this run to practice!

The trick to winning at Balatro is forming a strategy as you start to collect the Jokers and stack your deck in your favor via the various card packs you will be able to buy between rounds. You want these picks to have synergy with each other. The idea is to have your jokers and the cards in your deck work together to boost the pot and multiplayer.

Pay close attention to the boss round and what the bane will be on that this is to help prepare for each boss blind. Its also helpful to pay attention to the boon tokens you are able to select before starting a round. These might or night not make since to skip the round and take the boon depending on how the game is progressing.

It’s also helpful to maintain a stack of cash from the start, around 20 to 25 bucks. This will enable you to grow your cash with the interest mechanic between rounds. Being able to buy what you want when you want is very helpful. Try not to dip below 20 bucks unless there is a card in the shop that you absolutely need.
