World Cup Carnival is the first soccer (football) game utilizing the official FIFA license. The game was actually the 1984 World Cup Football from Artic Computing and repackaged to coincide with the FIFA World Cup in Mexico in 1986. This game was a fiasco, since U.S. Gold basically re-released the 1984 Artic game World Cup Football at twice the price.
